CLUB CULTURE

Club Culture Values

Our values are the standard for how we carry ourselves every day.

  • For our Players: This structure is a roadmap for how to compete with heart, respect the game, and show commitment to your teammates, both in victory and when facing challenges.

  • For our Coaches: These values guide how we lead and teach. Our coaches are committed to fostering a competitive, passionate environment while always protecting the sense of family and respect that defines our club.

Respect

  • Self (mentally and physically), teammates, opponents, referees, coaches, parents, the game itself.

Commitment

  • Be at training and games, and be on time.

  • Be present in the moment.

  • We commit to players who commit to the Club.

Family

  • We go through everything together and we are stronger together.

  • Everyone belongs. We look out for each other.

  • Players play for the Club.

Passion

  • Always remember why you play the game. Show that love of the game at every practice and game.

Competition

  • Give everything you have each time you step on the field.

  • Be positive, control what you can.

  • Earn everything.

When players and coaches work together within this shared structure, we build something much bigger than just successful teams… We build a lasting community. Stronger together. Stronger than ever.
